Row House Renovation
Completed 2016
Photos by Gieves Anderson

This Landmarked Tudor row house suffered from a past renovation that landed a full bath in the middle of the kitchen. Our renovation focused on a plan reconfiguration: moving the bathroom to an exterior wall, opening up the kitchen to form an ideal work triangle for cooking and creating a cozy mudroom at the rear entry.

In the living and dining rooms we discovered the mostly intact original hardwood floors beneath a layer of laminate and restored them; providing the perfect foundation for our client’s eclectic style.
